A:
An issue where you cannot use hsmworks 2013 r1.33649 team solidsquad -standard. This command does not give a PDF file of the e-mail with the attachments. When you use this command without giving the email as parameter it automatically takes the email of the current logon session. In our case the logon session that is still not at logon and it searches for the e-mail of the user with the same name as the logon session. In my case the email is the administrator of the company and the email is my e-mail. So the e-mail of the administrator of the company is retrieved and displayed in the e-mail of the e-mail.
The command that works to me is as follows
hsmworks 2013 r1.33649 team solidsquad with -standard
With this command it retrieves the e-mail from the system mailbox of the local account. The difference is that now it is not the administrator of the company that is retrieving the e-mail. The administrator of the company can view the PDF file of the e-mail with attachments by giving the e-mail of the e-mail as parameter.
So the command to retrieve the PDF file of the e-mail with attachments is as follows:
hsmworks 2013 r1.33649 team solidsquad with -standard -e
The parameter -e can be used to retrieve the PDF file of the e-mail with attachments.
